Some features may require payment or a subscription. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to our pricing and billing terms. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

KeyPrompt may change pricing at any time, with reasonable notice provided via email or through the platform.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

KeyPrompt is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content or services.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that data generated by LLMs will always be correct or brand-safe.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeyPrompt will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, including lost profits, lost data, or service interruptions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted indicates your acceptance of the changes. We'll notify you of significant updates via email or in-app notification.
